Check-in was pleasant but that was the highlight. The room is really basic: no safe, no fridge, no kettle. When I went down to Reception to ask about this I would rudely told "Well what did you expect for a 2 star hotel"! For the price I was paying (it was listed as a Superior room and was not cheap, the price was on a par with other, better hotels in the area) I expect the basics and politeness but I didn't get either. When I mentioned that the advert listed free toiletries in the room I was told that there was soap. Given how bare the room was, you'd expect it to be easy to clean but there was sand on the floor when arrived. Breakfast was included but I could have paid €10 or €15 (depending on which notice in the lifts you were to believe) for it. It was basic and the same everyday, plus not a lot of each dish put out

Simple but clean and well presented hotel close to transport links and Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. Not far from Familia Sagrada. Good sized double room with a brilliant view (see photo) and bathroom with a bidet. Although on a busy road junction the noise wasn't a problem. Lovely staff and a decent continental breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Excellent value for money and the staff could not be more helpful. Yes the room are IKEA basic but clean and good size. Our room had a balcony and view of Sagrada Familia. We would happily stay there again 😊

This is a basic hotel in a more quiet neighborhood. However, being close to an hospital, you might be awakened by ambulances early morning! It as also quite noisy as the windows are not soundproof. We were on the 4th floor and we feel the window was opened all the time! Hotel is very clean, bring your own shampoo! Room was big enough, a/c working very well and very good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day (hot and cold items). 20 minutes by foot to the Sagrada Familia then 30min to Placa Catalunya, and we are fast walkers! However there is a subway station Camp de l’Arpa about 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Big grocery store Bonpreu at 200meters from hotel.

Well you don't go away 2 stay in your hotel room. It was spacious with IKEA type furnishings. No drawers or doors so you won't forget anything. No safe and no kettle for tea/coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast at €10 is expensive. Juice and coffee/tea machines. Hot buffet a limited choice.Not a long walk for cafes and other alternatives. Ideal location for Sagrada Familia, not a long walk . Overall a clean ok hotel
